How do you like to get your day started to ensure you're motivated for the day?

As for me, as soon as I wake up in the morning, I would think positively and claim that I would have a fruitful, blessed, and productive day ahead. I always try to look at the bright side of things. Keep the right mindset and stay focused.
This is my actual daily routine that I made up and have been using for the last 10 years or so:
Morning Meeting - To look over what projects/goals I will be working on for the day.
Bonus: Project/Goal 3 - If I completed all my work early and have extra time, I will do this bonus work to get ahead.
I do this every day and it keeps my business running like a well oiled machine. If I do not follow this routine, my entire day will fall apart and be completely wasted.
Drink 0,5l of water
15 minutes meditation
10 minutes bio-energizer warm-up -
Skip breakfast and go to office
Separate names with a comma.
